Lucy passed the three pound mark last night weighing 3 lbs 1 oz!!! Yay for Lucy!
She is on bolus feeds now which means she gets fed every three hours instead of continuously. This way she can feel full and hungry now. The nurse told me that I should feel really lucky because Lucy hasn't had to go through many of the problems that most babies her age do. I do feel like we have been very blessed so far and feel the strength of prayers in her behalf. Thank you for your prayers!
We caught Lucy doing the funniest thing with her toe the other day. She was sticking her big toe way up and keeping all her little toes down. She must have inherited that weird talent from me because I thought I was the only one who could do that. Two thumbs up for Lucy! :)

Yay for Lucy! That is so wonderful that she is growing and progressing. I love the toe trick...I can do that too! I always thought I had weird toes too. We must have been meant to be friends. :)

I give Li'l Lucy 1000 thumbs up. She is such an angel. You are so lucky to be close to her as she is so fresh from heaven! I've always been jealous of your toes and now I'm going to have to deal with jealousy for Lucy's toes. They really are the same. Love you Beth! Love you Mark! Love you Lucy!
I am trying the toe thing. It's very uncomfortable. You girls are naturals at it! Tell Lucy I am very impressed. 3 pounds is so big!
What makes her toe trick even better is that she has Aunt Jenny's toes. Boo yeah.
