This summer was a very special one for me because Lucy and I had such sweet times together. We would just hang out all day, just us. Those days will always be precious to me. We had a routine each week when I would go to get my shot at the doctor, Lucy would get to eat her sucker, then if we had enough time we would go to the park or storytime at the Frontier Homestead State park afterwards. I am so grateful for such a sweetheart. Lucy is a special one.

We spent some good times together in the backyard on the hot summer days with Lucy's blowup pool.
We also went with Daddy to eat ice cream at Bulloch's Drug when they had a free day.
We also went on a beautiful hike called Hidden Haven that took us to a waterfall. The trail was filled with white butterflies. This normally would have been a good thing except that Lucy's greatest fear is butterflies.
The rest of these are just random cute ones from hanging out at home.

I love that little kiddie pool looks like Lucy's getting too big for it so crazy how big she's getting!
She is sure growing up to be a cute little gal. My kids are so spaced apart they are each my little buddy. Its kinds fun, isn't it?
